All of our Cold Heading Dies are fully finished to customers' individual specifications. Used predominantly in the fastener industry for mass produced components.

Segmental Dies produce various shaped profiles, used as adjustable dies or in shock resisting heading dies. The dies are manufactured to the customer's requirements and can be used to produce simple profiles such as hexagons, squares and rectangles or more complex shapes.
